♥Champagne vinaigrette♥ ◊Ingredient • Champagne vinegar 1/2C, Lemon Juice 1/2C, Olive oil 1/2C, Maple Syrup 1T, Garlic Clove 1ea, Shallot 1/2 ea, Thyme, Salt ◊MOP • Measure all liquid ingredients and put all in a jar together • Add small diced shallot, crushed garlic, thyme and salt • Mix well and keep in the refrigerator until used ♥Vegetable prep♥ ◊Ingredient • Variety of radishes, pea shoots, arugula, and candied pecan ◊MOP • Wash and cut all vegetables into small pieces * I use 5 types of radishes, baby pea shoot, and arugula because it's season and taste really good. It can be any types of radishes or greens for this vinaigrette recipe • Lightly dressed vinaigrette with greens and radishes and arrange on the plate
